Which areas do you cover?
Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville, Lacombe, Slidell, and Pearl River which are all mileage-free zones. New Orleans, Metairie and Kenner are outside the mileage-free zone — mileage fees apply. Mileage is charged at the standard official rate of $0.70 per mile (the current business mileage rate).
What is included?
Professional interior and exterior photography featuring high-end HDR processing, clear window views, blue sky replacement, green lawn replacement, and a detailed floor plan. All images are fully edited and delivered within 24 hours in MLS-ready format plus three additional sizes, with one size customizable by the agent. One year of online photo hosting is included.
How do I book a session?
How to prepare the property?
Declutter rooms and make sure the home is clean and photo-ready. A properly prepped home leads to more attractive listing photos, better online performance, and more showing requests. Please download the detalied Pre-Shoot Guide.
What's the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 24 hours.
Can I reschedule the shoot?
No problem! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your shoot, and it’s free. Changes within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee.
Do I need to be present ?
No. The agent does not need to be present as long as the photographer can access the property (lockbox code, door code, or unlocked access) and the alarm system is disarmed if applicable. The photographer will secure the property and lock up after the shoot.
