Which areas do you cover?
Slidell, Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville, Lacombe, and Pearl River which are all mileage-free zones. New Orleans, Metairie and Kenner are outside the mileage-free zone — mileage fees apply. Mileage is charged at the standard official rate of $0.70 per mile (the current business mileage rate).
What is included?
Professional interior/exterior photos with high-end HDR processing for clear window views. All images are fully edited and delivered in MLS-ready and additional formats.
How do I book a session?
How to prepare the property?
Declutter rooms and make sure the home is clean and photo-ready. A properly prepped home leads to more attractive listing photos, better online performance, and more showing requests. Please download the detalied Pre-Shoot Guide.
What's the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 24 hours. High-end editing, and add-ons like virtual twilight or lawn replacement may take slightly longer.
Can I reschedule the shoot?
No problem! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your shoot, and it’s free. Changes within 24 hours will incur a $75 fee.

Up to 2,000 sq. ft.
The "Essential" photo package for smaller or rental properties. Approximately 20-25 photos, and a black and white floor plan with detailed room measurements.
2,001 - 3,000 sq. ft.
The "Choice" photo package provides a collection of approx 25-30 images. Also, a black and white floor plan with detailed room measurements is included.
3,001 - 4,000 sq. ft.
The "Elite" photo package provides approximately 30-40 photos. For expansive homes with standout features. Black and white floor plan with detailed room measurements is included.
A beautiful "True Twilight" hero photo, exterior. Our twilight exterior shot highlights the home’s architecture, landscaping, and outdoor ambiance as day transitions to evening.
A "True Twilight" shoot requires a separate appointment at dusk. Virtual Twilight is created from a daytime photo, saving the agent time and money while delivering a similar or better impact.
